At WMG, training and capacity building is at our core – the essence of why we exist. We have been active in development training for the last 20 years, and our work has entailed directing and delivering training programs in gender, organizational and management skills, strategic planning, training of trainers and facilitation skills, entrepreneurship development, community development techniques, project design, and monitoring and evaluation

We have trained at all levels in organizations and governments agencies, from grassroots to Parliament. We have trained and facilitated teams and communities from the grassroots level (the rural and urban mwananchi) to one of the highest institutions in the country (the Judiciary and Members of Parliament).

 We are in touch with the reality at the grassroots to the political national implications. We not only understand the dynamics and challenges at each level, but more importantly, can fit in and unearth issues that provide in-depth insights and practical solutions at each level.

In this regard, our training experience includes conducting needs assessment, designing training programs, development of materials and manuals, and management of training programs.

WMG have excellent facilitation and planning skills. Facilitated hundreds meetings and workshops successfully in the region over the years
