Strategy

Using evidence based data, inclusive facilitative approaches to engage clients in setting and achieving their own goals.

The saying goes that “failing to plan is planning to fail”. In our complex working environment, highly competitive business environment and ever changing circumstances, it is important to draw strategies on how to overcome these challenges and become successful.

We have learnt from most successful people, companies and organisations that they did not land there by chance, neither is it plain luck. Those who succeed start by having a dream that is the ideal for them and then device ways of how they will reach that dream and work towards it giving themselves targets and timelines. This is the simple bases of our development process for strategic plans.

Our approach in the strategic planning process takes on a participatory approach. Our role is to guide and facilitate the process providing technical support and paying attention to details, innovation and opportunities. We encourage full participation of all board or governing council and staff members throughout the plan process because while the board provides policy direction, the staff members implement the policies which are eventually described in the strategic plan.

To date we have led team numerous team efforts in developing turn-key strategies and the necessary supporting institutional structures. Because of our style, intuitiveness and outstanding facilitation skills, our strategic making processes have had breakthrough and sustainable results for the institutions that we have worked with.

In addition, strategy execution is one of challenges facing organisations today. This relates the capacity, skills and capabilities to implement activities, and more importantly, make the shifts and changes necessary to grow organisations to the next level without stressing the human capital.

This is truly one of the challenges organisations and their leaders are facing today. We have worked with organisations to also support in the execution element of their work.
